At Kargo, Kristina has built a strong foundation in program management, client services, and strategic partnerships. She has led cross-functional initiatives, optimized workflows, and driven strategic projects that enhance operational efficiency and team collaboration. With a background in client relationship management, she excels at building strong partnerships and ensuring seamless execution of high-impact initiatives. She also co-founded BL@K (Black Leaders at Kargo), fostering community and advocacy within the company.
Outside of work, Kristina loves planning adventures, exploring new restaurants, and dancing. She also volunteers with nonprofits that support youth in career development and shaping a better future.
