Nicole Rizzo serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence and Insight at the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s), where she drives innovation in finance and operations for member agencies. She brings deep expertise in operations and pricing, helping advertising agencies navigate complex financial landscapes.
As the lead author of a comprhensive and foundational industry paper Decoding Compensation and Implementing the Right Model, Nicole continues to advance financial innovation in the advertising industry. Before joining the 4A’s, she led financial operations for R/GA’s U.S. offices, excelling in profit maximization and strategic financial management. Nicole holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BS from Syracuse University.
