Paulina Zárate Rodríguez is Director of Brand Strategy at Wasserman, where she leads women’s sports strategy, working with brand clients such as AT&T, Deloitte, and Capital One. Prior to joining Wasserman, she spent 7+ at a Boston-based agency, directing integrated marketing initiatives across healthcare, education, financial services, and climate resilience. One notable example includes working with the Massachusetts State Government on multicultural COVID-19 vaccination rollout campaigns and contact tracing efforts. Paulina’s expertise combines strategy and purpose-driven marketing to engage underrepresented communities. She is a Babson undergrad Alumna, Class of 2017.
