Based in Boston, Amy Rubin leads the global intellectual property practice for Tripadvisor Group and the marketing practice for the Tripadvisor brand. After law school, Amy completed Tripadvisor's two-year Legal Fellow program, spanning intellectual property, speech and defamation, commercial, marketing, and product counseling. Amy then joined the Media, Intellectual Property and First Amendment practice group at Prince Lobel Tye LLP, where she represented various magazine, digital media, podcast, and newspaper publishers. She subsequently became in-house counsel for Toast, Inc. Amy returned to Tripadvisor in 2020 and now runs Tripadvisor's Legal Fellow program, managing and training different junior attorneys each year. She is an alumna of the University of Florida and Boston College Law School.
