Jamie started at United Airlines in 2017 where she launched the airline’s first employee advocacy program, employee creator community and executive social media support system.

Since launch, her workstream has grown from a couple dozen participants to a network of hundreds of authentic brand advocates and thought leaders who have reached millions of customers across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
