Krista Sande-Kerback is a multi-faceted marketing executive and strategic advisor who has spent her career building and scaling marketing and digital transformation programs, providing critical insights to business and technology leaders, and evangelizing AI-driven technologies. She has a deep passion for advancing responsible AI and advocating for the inclusion of diverse perspectives.

At CGS, Krista served as Director of Product Marketing, where she spearheaded the global marketing strategy for the BPO division while serving on the executive leadership team that developed cutting-edge CX and AI solutions. Her decade at IBM culminated in leading marketing for OpenPages, IBM's Governance, Risk and Compliance platform, where she played a role on the team launching watsonx.governance, an AI governance toolkit designed to mitigate algorithmic risks and protect customer privacy. She also led the global marketing team for IBM's acquisition of Brazilian RPA innovator WDG Automation, conducted market intelligence on emerging technologies, and trained dozens of teams in Agile methodologies.

An alumna of Dartmouth College and Columbia Business School, Krista brings a global perspective shaped by her Fulbright scholarship to Germany, and today she serves on the Board of Directors for the Fulbright Association, New York Chapter to advocate for the program's role in advancing international diplomacy, national security, economic competitiveness, and global leadership. As Vice President, Alumni Council for Women in America, she champions gender diversity in executive leadership, working to increase women's representation in C-suites and boardrooms across industries.
