Michael is a founding partner of S2 Advertising Law PLLC. He counsels brands, advertising agencies, talent, as well as production, technology and media companies on how to successfully market their hard work to their desired audiences. Michael’s practice focuses on drafting and negotiating the deals behind a marketing campaign, in addition to reviewing advertising materials for intellectual property risks, claim substantiation, competitor claims, false advertising, FTC compliance and other pitfalls.
Prior to starting his firm, Michael was Director and Head of Marketing Legal at Twitter, Counsel
