Brad Shear is Global VP of Legal for Monks, a leading marketing and technology services company that delivers content production, scaled experiences, enterprise grade technology and data science fueled by AI to clients worldwide. At Monks, Brad leads the global commercial legal team that works cross-functionally with strategic business partners to create and implement legal strategies to negotiate Advertising, Agency, AI, Influencer, Marketing, Media, and Technology Services Agreements and advises senior business leaders how to mitigate risk and regulatory exposure.
Brad is a seasoned lawyer with more than two decades of experience practicing advertising, digital and social media, entertainment, marketing, privacy, sports, and technology law. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Baltimore Law School’s Center for Sport and Law; and previously worked at the National Football League Players Association, an entertainment start-up, and in private practice.
