Leila Siddiqi
Director Inclusion / IPA (The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising)

Leila Siddiqi is the Director of Inclusion at Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), where she leads the inclusion agenda for the industry, to continually promote and share best practice and enhance the reputation of the IPA and the industry as a whole.
She does this through developing and driving transformative behaviour change programmes which involve galvanising a stellar line up of influential individuals from within the top advertising agencies, brands and clients, trade associations and experts with the mission to achieve inclusivity in Advertising, both in terms of the composition of the industry and the make up of the creative output.
In this role, she also, invents and implements IPA President’s agendas and manages key partnerships and relationships with industry bodies, clients, government departments and agency leaders.
Leila sits on the Unstereotype Alliance, and Women in Advertising Communications London (WACL).
She has been part of the Channel 4 Diversity in Advertising awards judging panel since 2016 and is also a judge for Campaign’s Female Frontiers awards and Media Week awards.
Leila is a finalist of the UN Women Changemaker award 2024 and the Asian Women of Achievement awards. She is a regular speaker at industry events and was invited to meet King Charles at the Royal Garden Party in May 2023.
