Samantha provides legal counsel to assist her clients in understanding and complying with federal and state consumer protection laws, automatic renewal laws for subscription services, guidelines and rules regarding social media and influencer marketing, telemarketing, sweepstakes and contests, claim substantiation, live events, co-promotions, payments, price advertising and debt collection.
