Virginia-rooted and North Carolina-planted, Ivana Spurlock Moore is a passionate storyteller and social media strategist with a keen eye for digital connection. A proud HBCU alumna, she discovered her love for communications, storytelling, and emerging social media trends at Hampton University.
Ivana’s journey began as a marketing intern in 2019 for Homes.com’s Social Fuel Team, where she brought social media strategies to life for realtors nationwide. Since then, she has immersed herself in the world of social media, developing creative strategies that resonate with brands and organizations while solving complex challenges around audience engagement.
After earning her Master of Arts in Interactive Media from Elon University’s School of Communications, Ivana transitioned into the ad agency space. There, she developed and implemented dynamic social media strategies for powerhouse brands like Cree Lighting, Volvo Trucks, Bridgestone Motorcycle Tires, and more.
Motivated by a desire to support purpose-driven brands, Ivana also founded SEEK Media Solutions—her freelance agency dedicated to amplifying the voices of organizations with big hearts but limited resources. Through signature messaging, robust social media presences, and visual identities, she has proudly supported over 13 organizations and entrepreneurs in making their mark.
Most recently, Ivana led marketing efforts for Public Impact, an education consulting firm championing the national Opportunity Culture® initiative—an education policy effort that increases teacher pay and opportunities.
