Rachel Sweet
Marketing Scientist / St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

Rachel Sweet, CFRE, CAMP, CDMP began her life-long career with ALSAC/St. Jude in September 2007 overseeing all acquisition and reactivation programs through DRTV, direct mail, and telefunding. Currently serving as a Marketing Scientist in ALSAC’s Center of Excellence, Rachel provides insights and recommendations for the optimization of performance media investments including experimentation and testing. She is considered a thought leader and innovator in direct marketing, advertising, and fundraising.

Rachel earned her Certified Advertising and Marketing Professional (CAMP) designation from the Association of National Advertisers and her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credentials in 2021. As someone who enjoys sharing her knowledge and mentoring others, Rachel serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Nonprofit Management undergraduate and graduate programs at the University of Memphis, a co-facilitator for the very popular “Leader of Your Band” development course at ALSAC, and a professional mentor with the Association of National Advertisers (ANA).

Rachel holds a Master of Science degree in Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She and her husband, Matthew, live in North Mississippi with her two kids, Lunden (22) and Parker (15).
