Sadie Thoma is the director of U.S. ads marketing for Google, where she leads U.S. B2B strategy and activation, including messaging, thought leadership, and campaign/content development; marquee industry events; and engagement. She also oversees U.S. industry marketing and advocacy, shining a light on the company's commitment to and leadership on critically important topics, including the rise of AI and how marketers can pave the path to unlock exponential growth ahead. In addition, Ms. Thoma is an ANA Educational Foundation (AEF) board member.

Previously at Google, Ms. Thoma built and led the U.S. creative services organization, Creative Works, responsible for accelerating client and creative agency/partner relationships and uncovering strategic collaboration opportunities. Before joining the company, she led client management for such creative agencies as D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, Ogilvy, and BBDO.

Ms. Thoma holds a B.A. in economics from Colgate University.
