Lindsay Wilson is an associate at Baker & Hostetler LLP in the Washington, D.C. office. Lindsay is a member of the Advertising, Marketing and Digital Media team and focuses her practice on Federal Trade Commission Investigations and general advertising counseling. Prior to law school, Lindsay worked with the regulatory and compliance teams at a nationally known consumer packaged goods company with prominent brand recognition. Lindsay received her B.A. from Lehigh University and her J.D. from George Washington University Law School where she was a member and editor of The George Washington Law Review and published her Note on dark patterns, “Is There a Light at The End of the Dark-Pattern Tunnel?”
