Lieutenant Colonel Erika Zimmermann serves as the Chief of Brand Research Development and Innovation at the U.S. Army Enterprise Marketing Office (AEMO), where she applies over two decades (20+) of military experience to advance the Army's marketing strategies. In her current role, LTC Zimmermann leads Brand initiatives that integrate behavioral insights and data analytics to enhance the Army's marketing effectiveness, engagement and outreach recruitment efforts.
Throughout her career, LTC Zimmermann has held various leadership positions, contributing to the evolution of the Army's marketing approaches. Her expertise in program management and behavioral economics has been instrumental in developing segmentation strategies and innovative campaigns that resonate with all audiences.
