In previous Agency Relations Committee meetings, conversations about the impact of AI on agency compensation sparked discussions over the merits of a deliverables-based compensation model to more accurately measure AI’s cost-saving implications. Leading consultant Joanne Davis will join us to talk more about how a deliverables-based model can reveal AI cost savings, and how marketers can start to make a compensation model switch if they aren’t currently on a deliverables-based system.

Even though the partnership between Toyota and Saatchi & Saatchi spans decades, there is always room for improvement. Both client and agency wanted to reduce review times for creative.
