Ethics Policy
The Ethics Policy Committee meets to review pending activities at the federal and state levels to ensure ANA members stay “ahead of the regulatory curve” by providing quick and transparent solutions for consumers having challenges with marketing offers and concerns about data privacy.

The Regulatory Working Group was established to provide our members with the opportunity to discuss federal and state regulatory issues and ANA comment filings.

The Sustainability Committee addresses each of the segments of Sustainability — People, Society, and Planet — with a focus on being a force for good and a force for growth.

Creator and Influencer Marketing Committee
The Creator and Influencer Marketing Committee provides a forum for ANA members to address industry-wide challenges, better understand the latest trends and technologies, share creative influencer case studies, and collectively elevate each others’ expertise.

Commerce Marketing
The Commerce Marketing Committee provides a forum for members to continue to learn, explore, share best practices and discuss emerging trends in the customer experience, the blending of consumer and shopper insights, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer and other methods.

MarTech
The MarTech Committee is focused on collectively improving and celebrating the products, people, processes, and partnerships that enable members to operationalize their marketing efforts at scale.

Production Management
The Production Management Committee is for client-side marketers working day-to-day in production management roles, including in-house content teams. The committee's primary focus is on video and broadcast production, however other media are covered as well.

The Marketing Capabilities Council brings together global marketing leaders who spearhead capability or talent transformation efforts at their marketing organizations. The Council is open to client-side marketers seeking to collaborate on strategies that enhance Learning and Development (L&D) and drive industry advancements.
