Regulatory Working Group
Open to:
Many of the rules and regulations that advertisers and marketers must follow are not in legislation directly passed by Congress but in rulemakings at the executive agencies like the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and others. Rulemakings also occur on the state level as well.
The Regulatory Working Group was established to give our members the opportunity to provide input and direction to ANA's responses to requests for comment on proposed rulemaking at both the federal and state levels.
