3 Steps to Improving Your Customer-Focused Integrated Campaigns (Micro)

(Micro 60-Minute Workshop)

Micro Workshop Description

In this virtual workshop, you will learn 3 steps to help you craft effective insight-driven customer decision journeys so you can develop successful customer-focused integrated campaigns.

The interactive workshop includes best practices, insights, and examples. You'll learn common elements of a decision journey, including stages and messaging, and improve your ability to navigate customers through the "messy middle" of their decision journey and ensure you are connecting with customers at the moments that matter most.

Target Audience
Marketers who are new to the customer decision journey. Marketers looking to refresh their skills, align their teams about decision journey thinking, or get involved in integrated campaign development, including customer insights/behaviors and messaging.

This workshop is not relevant for those at an advanced experience journey map level and/or interested in elements outside of campaign development, such as price, distribution, product innovation, etc.

Micro Workshop Benefits

  • Write clearer customer-focused decision journey stages.
  • Guide customers toward your brand as they navigate the "messy middle" of their decision journey.
