Dexcom, in partnership with Blum Consulting Partners, evolved the creative ops team to help empower the global teams and their agency partners to increase efficiency and effectiveness. By expanding to a marketing ops team, we were able to implement new tools, centralize brand resources, improve training for external agencies, and uplevel ways of working to enable our teams to execute creative with speed and quality.
