Andrea has modernized the organization’s ability to build relationships with its clients and generate demand for advisors from their existing client base. With over 25 years of diverse marketing experience across B2C, B2B, agency and client-side roles, Andrea’s data-driven approach has contributed to growth in enterprise sales and client and advisor satisfaction.
Bill Duggan

Bill Duggan is group executive vice president at the ANA (Association of National Advertisers) with responsibilities focused on thought leadership and management of three of the organization’s business practices – Brand, B2B, and Media. He has led the ANA’s work on programmatic media supply chain transparency, retail media, principal media, loyalty marketing, supplier diversity, procurement, in-house agencies, and more.
Mr. Duggan joined ANA in 2000, bringing extensive marketing and advertising experience gained on the agency side. He worked in account management at Grey Advertising for 16 years, supervising major clients including Canon U.S.A. (winning two Effie Awards for effective advertising), Kraft Foods, SmithKline Beecham, and Sara Lee. He has been an adjunct faculty member at New York University’s Stern School of Business, teaching advertising management on both the graduate and undergraduate levels, and has a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an M.B.A. from New York University.
Phil Park

Phil Park is Director of Data Outcomes & Attribution at Disney Advertising, where he is responsible for leading measurement partnerships, development, and execution across key industry platforms, vendor partners, and services. He’s also responsible for helping drive the data-driven measurement strategy, as well as sourcing, licensing, and maintaining relationships with key marketing technology, attribution, and third-party data partners for Disney Advertising’s Data & Measurement Science practice.
Scott Goodson

Scott Goodson is the founder and CEO of StrawberryFrog, a pioneering creative advertising agency that developed and leads the practice of Movement Marketing. His entrepreneurial portfolio includes MachWon, a cutting-edge Gen AI agency; Inplural, specializing in product and experience innovation; and StrawberryFrog Media.
Under his leadership, these agencies have earned numerous industry accolades while crafting transformative campaigns for global brands including Emirates Airline, Google, Truist, Northwell, and Walmart. A bestselling author, Goodson is recognized as a thought leader in marketing and innovation. He frequently shares his expertise through lectures at prestigious institutions such as Cambridge, Columbia, and Harvard Business Schools. His insights on brand building and cultural movements have established him as a compelling voice at the world's most influential conferences. Goodson resides outside New York City with his wife Karin and their two sons, Ellis and Jacoby.

In her current role as Vice President of Marketing at FourLeaf Federal Credit Union (formerly Bethpage Federal Credit Union), Jenna’s leads her cross-functional team in a blend of creativity and analytics allowing FourLeaf to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Her strong presentation skills enable her to effectively communicate complex marketing strategies and inspire action at all levels of an organization. Passionate about innovation and growth, Jenna is committed to delivering impactful marketing solutions that elevate FourLeaf in today’s competitive landscape.
Prior to her days in marketing, Jenna spent 7+ years as a professional musical theater actress in New York City, creating her love and passion for public speaking. Jenna is currently pursuing her MBA at Boston University with an anticipated graduation date of May 2024! When she’s not studying or strategizing, she enjoys her favorite role as Mom to her two children and Wife to her husband, Jon.
Nicole Cleary
Nicole Cleary is a seasoned advertising sales and partnerships executive with over two decades of experience driving revenue growth across major media companies and startups. As SVP of Sales at theSkimm, she leverages her expertise in multi-platform advertising, brand partnerships, and strategic deal-making to expand the company’s sales initiatives. Previously, Nicole held leadership roles at Comcast, Xandr/WarnerMedia, and Discovery Communications, where she scaled revenue, launched new networks, and managed high-value negotiations. A dynamic leader known for her collaborative approach, she is passionate about fostering inclusive teams and delivering innovative sales strategies. Nicole is a recipient of the CableFax Most Powerful Women in Media Award and holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Binghamton University.
