In this fireside chat, Amanda Ma, CEO of Innovate Marketing Group, and a marketing leader from TikTok will present a behind-the-scenes case study of Women Who Will, a multi-city event series designed to uplift and empower women-identifying creators. The campaign brought together creators and thought leaders across Los Angeles, Washington D.C., New York City, and Austin through immersive experiences, inspirational panels, and community-building moments.

Together, the speakers will explore how brand and agency collaboration can create meaningful impact, drive representation, and elevate creator voices through experiential marketing. Amanda Ma

Amanda Ma is the Founder and CEO of Innovate Marketing Group (IMG), an award-
winning experiential marketing and events agency based in Los Angeles, known for
creating powerful brand experiences for clients such as TikTok, Google, and East West Bank. With over two decades of experience leading large-scale hybrid, virtual, and in-person campaigns, Amanda has been recognized among Inc. 5000, EventX Top 100, and BizBash Top 500 industry leaders.

She is also a bestselling author on Amazon, a host of the EventUp podcast, and an active member on various nonprofit boards and advisory councils. Born in Taiwan and raised in Los Angeles, Amanda studied Business at Boston University and completed an international program in London. Her professional journey
began with an entrepreneurial venture in the events industry in 2006, leading to the
founding of IMG in 2014. Under her leadership, IMG has become a go-to agency known for creative excellence, operational precision, and measurable results.
Amanda is passionate about building meaningful, culturally relevant experiences that
create real impact. Her leadership style blends strategic innovation with servant
leadership and a strong commitment to authenticity, inclusion, and human connection. In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

 

Laura Roberts

Laura Roberts is a dynamic marketing and community growth leader with a passion for supporting emerging creators and building inclusive brand ecosystems. Currently serving as Growth Operations Manager at Meta, Laura brings a strategic lens to creator development and platform growth.

Prior to Meta, she spent over four years at TikTok, where she helped lead the Emerging Creators Program as a Creator Manager and was instrumental in shaping the brand’s approach to influencer community engagement. Laura also spearheaded the 2023 North America Women's History Month campaign, where she executed TikTok’s very first Women Who Will event series, a multi-city event series amplifying the voices of diverse women creators across the U.S.

With a strong background in experiential marketing, creator strategy, and inclusive storytelling, Laura continues to champion the power of representation in the digital space.


Bill Moseley

As Director of AT&T Sponsorships & Experiential Marketing, Bill works to connect
Consumers, Business Customers and fans to greater possibilities through effective
engagement and authentic storytelling. Bill has been with his current team since 2006
and with the company since 1998.

Bill currently leads AT&T’s efforts across the following properties and platforms:
• She’s Connected by AT&T
• SeeHer In Sports
• AT&T Stadium and the Dallas Cowboys
• Tribeca Festival/AT&T Untold Stories
• AT&T Performing Arts Center
• Major League Soccer/US Soccer

In addition, Bill and his team are responsible for supporting AT&T Business/FirstNet
sponsorship investments and naming rights opportunities.

 

Alison Giordano


Ali Giordano is a seasoned marketer with over 20 years of experience in global sports marketing strategy, event execution, creative development, hospitality and operations. Since joining Mastercard, she has led teams across the U.S., Singapore, and Japan, and now serves as Senior Vice President, Global Sponsorships & Consumer Marketing. In this role, she shapes the global strategy for Mastercard’s sports sponsorships and brand activations, bringing the company’s Priceless platform and passion-led marketing vision to life. Through high-impact partnerships, she connects the brand with consumers worldwide, delivering unforgettable experiences that spark engagement and build cultural relevance.

Her work spans some of the world’s most iconic events and properties, including the Rugby World Cup, The Open Championship, AIG Women’s Open, PGA TOUR, OL Lyonnes, Arsenal Women’s Football Club, the NWSL, the New York Yankees, The Olympic Games and the GRAMMY Awards.

Prior to Mastercard, Ali held partnership marketing roles with leading media companies and sports marketing agencies, developing and executing high-profile campaigns that connected brands with fans on a global scale.

She holds an MBA from American University and a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
