1:05 – 1:25 PM: Connected TV and Sustainable Growth

The ANA’s new study, Connected TV: Unlocking Sustainable Growth Through Smarter Media Planning, explores how advertisers can make media investments more efficient and environmentally responsible. Developed by the Media & Measurement Leadership Council in partnership with Scope3 and six leading brands — Chipotle, General Motors, Honda, HP, Mastercard, and Prudential — the research shows that small optimizations can reduce carbon and media waste while improving performance. Prudential Financial will take part to discuss their participation in this study and real-world applications.

Speakers:

  • Jason Trubowitz, SVP, Media & Measurement, ANA
  • Kieran Geyer, Paid Media Manager, Programmatic, Prudential Financial
  • Chris Ready, Technical Implementation Specialist, Scope3

1:25 – 1:45 PM: Advancing Sustainable Media with the Ad Net Zero Global Framework

Ad Net Zero is leading the industry's charge toward net-zero emissions through the development of the Global Media Sustainability Framework (GMSF), a unified standard for measuring and reducing carbon across the media ecosystem. This session will explore how the framework is helping marketers integrate sustainability into media planning, measurement, and reporting, with Mastercard sharing how they are applying it in practice to reduce emissions, improve efficiency, and drive both business and environmental impact.

Speakers:

  • John Osborn, Director, Ad Net Zero USA
  • Jay Altschuler, SVP, Global Media & Agency Relations, Mastercard

1:45 – 2:00 PM: Storytelling That Sustains: CARE's Five Tips for Impactful Storytelling

As a largest global humanitarian organization committed to saving lives and defeating poverty, CARE demonstrates how values-led storytelling can strengthen the connection between people, planet, and purpose. In this session, CARE will share its winning formula for telling impactful storytelling, showing how authentic, human-centered narratives can make sustainability tangible — translating complex global challenges into relatable stories that inspire awareness, action, and long-term commitment. Through examples that highlight empathy, partnership, and community-led progress, CARE will illustrate how storytelling can be a catalyst for sustainable change and collective resilience.

Speaker(s):

  • Monica Rowe, Chief Marketing Officer, CARE

2:00 PM – 2:15 PM: The Cost of Silence: Why Communicating Sustainability Pays Off

A new report from Revolt, a global strategic consultancy, finds that companies leading in environmental sustainability outperform their peers financially. However, failing to communicate these environmental efforts authentically, either by greenwashing or greenhushing, risks this progress. This session will explore how the fear of the consequence of speaking out can leave money on the table; and how brands can confidently own their sustainability story.

Speaker:

  • Freya Williams, Chief Strategy Officer, Revolt North America
