ANA has brought together the top thought leaders in our industry to shape and bring forth what it means to be an ethical advertiser and marketer. The ANA thanks our Steering Committee for helping to shape a new ANA Code of Ethics, a framework of high-level principles, guidelines, resources, and examples of ethical marketing and advertising best practices applicable to all entities engaged in marketing, advertising, and fundraising. The Code is a living, evolving document and the Ethics Code Steering Committee will periodically reconvene to further enhance the Code.
