In this virtual workshop, you will learn 3 steps to help you craft effective insight-driven customer decision journeys so you can develop successful customer-focused integrated campaigns.

The interactive workshop includes best practices, insights, and examples. You'll learn common elements of a decision journey, including stages and messaging, and improve your ability to navigate customers through the "messy middle" of their decision journey and ensure you are connecting with customers at the moments that matter most.

Target Audience
Marketers who are new to the customer decision journey. Marketers looking to refresh their skills, align their teams about decision journey thinking, or get involved in integrated campaign development, including customer insights/behaviors and messaging.

This workshop is not relevant for those at an advanced experience journey map level and/or interested in elements outside of campaign development, such as price, distribution, product innovation, etc.

She blends the precision of change management with the persuasive power of marketing to create employee experiences that inform, inspire, and move people to act.

Dina teaches Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Real World courses at New York University, where she has been an adjunct professor since 2015, and has six published LinkedIn Learning courses. She earned her MBA from Boston University and BA in Economics from George Washington University.
