11:50 - 12:20 pm: Future-Proofing Your ABM Strategy
Most people have a solid understanding of ABM and as such, are expected to bring it in-house as it's just good marketing. But there are still unsolved challenges like sales & marketing alignment, account selection & the appropriate cost-effective strategy, and proving the return on investment that ABMers need to find answers to. However, all of the focus today is on AI and automation; there is a wealth of new ABM solutions being released on a weekly basis. These will be effective in automating insights and processing messages into std content formats. But very soon, everyone will have easy access to the same tech. The future of ABM is going to be about engagement and cutting through. Traditionally, in ABM, the tendency is to focus more on the process, but we need radical new ideas on how to engage audiences. We are competing for ever smaller amounts of audience concentration – how do we cut through?
Key takeaways:
- How to navigate where you should use an agency and where you should focus in-house teams
- How to take advantage of the AI and automation boom
- Where to focus on for the future of ABM
