The 2026 ANA Masters of Data Conference will be hosted by JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, located on a lush, 500-acre property featuring the new Grande Lakes Water Park and several enticing in-house dining options. Inspired by the opulent era of Florida's historic hotels, Grande Lakes offers modern rooms featuring luxury bedding, marble bathrooms, 65-inch HDTVs, and sweeping views of the Orlando family resort.

For those registered to attend the conference, the ANA has negotiated a special room rate of $360 per night at the hotel. The cut-off date to obtain this discounted rate is Friday, April 10, after which prevailing rates apply. In order to use the ANA rate, you must be registered to attend the conference.

Please note: Due to scheduled maintenance, including re-grassing and reconfiguring the greens, the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes golf course will be unavailable during the conference.

Cancellation Policy and Notes

To help you plan with confidence, please review our cancellation policy, as well as important notes regarding registration changes, refunds, and virtual participation options for this event.

  • A full refund for your registration will be granted if written request for cancellation is received by email 60 or more calendar days before the conference start date. A 50 percent refund will be granted if written request is received 59-45 days from the conference start date. No refund is available if cancellation is received 44 days or less before the conference start date. A $125 transfer fee will be charged for name changes, or to change the credit card on a registration. You may transfer your in-person registration to virtual at no additional cost.
  • Complimentary tickets will incur a $250 no-show fee if cancellation is not made at least three days before the event.
  • Unused registrations/applications have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events.
  • ANA will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount promo code during the registration process.
  • Hotel room cancellations and changes must be made directly with the hotel.
  • Miscellaneous:
    • The conference agenda is subject to change.
    • Pricing is subject to change.
    • A portion of your guest room rate will be used to offset conference costs.
    • ANA accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property.
