The 2026 ANA Media Conference will be hosted by Omni Nashville Hotel, which serves as a modern expression of the city’s distinct character, combining sophisticated hotel rooms and suites, expansive meeting spaces, and multiple amenities — including a luxurious rooftop pool.
Adjacent to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Omni Nashville Hotel offers 746 hotel rooms featuring one king bed or two queen beds with spacious bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. For those registered to attend the conference, the ANA has negotiated a special room rate of $369 per night at the hotel. The cut-off date to obtain this discounted rate is Monday, March 2, after which prevailing rates apply. In order to use the ANA rate, you must be registered to attend the conference.

Cancellation Policy and Notes
To help you plan with confidence, please review our cancellation policy, as well as important notes regarding registration changes, refunds, and virtual participation options for this event.
- A full refund for your registration will be granted if written request for cancellation is received by email 60 or more calendar days before the conference start date. A 50 percent refund will be granted if written request is received 59-45 days from the conference start date. No refund is available if cancellation is received 44 days or less before the conference start date. A $125 transfer fee will be charged for name changes, or to change the credit card on a registration. You may transfer your in-person registration to virtual at no additional cost.
- Complimentary tickets will incur a $250 no-show fee if cancellation is not made at least three days before the event.
- Unused registrations/applications have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events.
- ANA will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount promo code during the registration process.
- Hotel room cancellations and changes must be made directly with the hotel.
- Miscellaneous:
- The conference agenda is subject to change.
- Pricing is subject to change.
- A portion of your guest room rate will be used to offset conference costs.
- ANA accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property.
