An MBA with expertise in digital, marketing, strategy and insights, she has launched and turned around businesses, generating more than $1.2B in value creation on multiple $1B+ portfolios around the globe. Carol led initiatives in Digital Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Insights and Marketing for Mars, where she has managed brands, competitive intelligence, market research, trends/foresight functions.
