In-House Agency Day, presented by monday.com (In-Person Only)

This event is over.

With a presence in over 80 percent of ANA member companies, in-house agencies should no longer be considered a trend but instead a firmly entrenched mainstay in the marketing ecosystem. More than the executors of low-tier marketing needs, in-house agencies are evolving at a rapid pace to take charge of strategy, craft results-driven campaigns, and reinvent the culture of the marketing organization into a place that fosters creativity through collaboration.

Join us for an inspiring one-day conference at the offices of monday.com that will set the stage for in-housing in 2025 and beyond. Leading marketers and industry experts will take the stage to discuss their in-housing origins, workflow management, demonstrating in-house agency value, and showcase award-winning work. Learn how continued growth begins from within.

INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP: LOVING HIGH STANDARDS

In the competitive creative industry landscape, we need to be our best to thrive. It's also an industry with endless myths about how hard it is to be the best; hustle culture, all-nighters, bruising clients, even more bruising creative directors. It's long had an association with needing to be 'tough' to succeed. The assumption that high standards and brutality go hand in hand is one of the most counterintuitive ideas we still hold. It leads to poor leadership, nasty behaviors, and negative cultures. There is another way. This workshop will explore the more powerful route to a high performing culture. By unleashing what is possible in people, and building cultures where people and high standards thrive, we can create higher performing agencies, and better success for our whole industry. In this session we will:
  • Explore the mindsets that lead to un-psychologically safe workplaces
  • Understanding how being a good person can in fact be the shortest route to high standards
  • Look at the key skills required to embed this in teams
