About Our Presenters

Allan Kramer has over 35 years of experience working with all levels of the USPS, from front-line clerks and plant managers to senior leadership. He has implemented many processes to help reduce postal costs and increase deliverability. Allan is involved with his local PCC, and has been on MTAC for 7 years, where he led a workgroup on Business Reply Mail.

Katherine Versteegh is the Senior Vice President of Data Services at A.B. Data, Ltd., who empowers clients across multiple industries to achieve their goals by leveraging her more than 30 years of expertise in data-driven communications, multi-channel direct marketing, and postal solutions. Kathy believes in the power of delivering quality solutions that comply with rigorous information security, privacy, and confidentiality standards.

Throughout her career, Kathy has collaborated with notable clients in the legal, insurance, nonprofit, financial, healthcare, and government sectors, where she has driven impactful solutions tailored to each industry's unique needs. Her approach is rooted in the belief that combining advanced technology with a deep understanding of client needs results in exceptional outcomes. Kathy has mastered the art of balancing compliance with innovation. She is currently focused on continuous process improvement through extensive training, structured documentation, and sophisticated workflow automation.

Kathy holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Mount Mary University, Milwaukee. She has earned the Great Lakes Graphics Association Women in Print Leadership Award and was named Industry Person of the Year by the Milwaukee Postal Customer Council where she served in a leadership role on the board for several years.

Outside of the office, Kathy is an active participant in industry-related committees and associations such as the U.S. Postmaster General's Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC), sharing her knowledge through collaboration, on panels, and in presentations and industry publications. When Kathy isn't leading her team or making her mark in the industry, she's out for a run, spending time with her family and three adorable dogs, enjoying a good movie, or living her best musical life playing the piano and showing off her karaoke skills.
